– Half cup Cooking Oil

– 3 Onion

– 4 Cardamom

– 700g Mutton (lamb)

– 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

– As per taste Salt

– 1-1/2 tbsp Red Chili Powder

– 1- tbsp Coriander Powder

– 2 tbsp Cumin Powder

– 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder

– 1-1/2 tbsp Whole Garam Masala

– 1 cup Yogurt

Cooking Method

1- In a pan, add cooking oil, onion and cook until light brown

2- Grind yogurt and cardamom

3- In another pan, add mutton, grinded paste and mix it, then keep in the refrigerator for an hour

4- In a pan, add cooking oil, ginger garlic paste and cook until light brown

5- Now, add mutton and cook for 2-3 minutes

6- Now, add salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, whole garam masala and cook for 5 minutes

7- Now, grind fried onion, yogurt and add to it, then simmer for 30-35 minutes
